- If after downloading the film will not open, you may have saved the film as a link or web page instead of a QuickTime movie (.mov). Check the file type and download again if necessary. Be sure to select 'Save Target/Link As' instead of 'Save Link' because those are two different functions.
- If you are on a Mac, try downloading the film using Firefox instead of Safari.

If you have gone through this guide and are still having trouble, please contact (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). We will try our best to help you, but please be aware that we do not have access to technical support and we may not be able to solve issues on individual computers. The discussion guide and other materials easily stand alone and your event can procede with or without the live broadcast. Additionally, the recording will be available after the broadcast and should be up for viewing later on the same night of the event. Thank you for understanding.
