Following are positions currently available at the Save Darfur Coalition:

Internships

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Washington, D.C.
Report to: Operations Manager

The Save Darfur Coalition seeks enthusiastic, dedicated interns. Interns will work closely with the Coalition's staff to fulfill both administrative and programmatic duties. Internships will be focused on international outreach and domestic organizing, policy, campaigns or media relations. Interns will be unpaid but may receive college credit, if applicable. Interns are expected to dedicate between 20 and 35 hours per week to SDC.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for the work of the Save Darfur Coalition;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when required;
• Diplomatic and professional communication skills required;
• Strong organizational and time management skills required;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with internet research skills also required. Strong IT skills desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally within a diverse community, and
• Foreign language skills and international experience preferred, but not necessary.
