FOCUS on UN Ambassador Susan Rice: Ambassador Rice should engage directly with other Permanent Representatives to the UN, and should work with and through the Security Council to begin crafting a Security Council Resolution creating additional economic and diplomatic consequences for al-Bashir and members of his regime if his policies continue to place Sudanese civilians at risk and violate his international obligations.
