Salt Lake Saves Darfur Olympic Dream for Darfur candlelight vigil (Olympic Dream for Darfur Event)
Join Salt Lake Saves Darfur at the site of the 2002 Olympics in its run to save the lives of the suffering Darfuris who are perishing every day at the hands of the brutal Janjaweed militia during the ethnic cleansing genocide being conducted against them by the despotic al-Bashir regime in Sudan. Come join with us and local and national celebrities as we carry the Olympic flame to draw the attention of the world to this human atrocity and to China's role in fueling it! Come stand with us as we join our voices to make our outrage over this genocide heard throughout the world at a candlelight vigil to be held in the shadow of the great Olympic flame from the 2002 Winter Olympic Games at Gallivan Plaza.
