Scoreboard

Congratulations and thank you to all the schools that participated this year.  Together, you raised over $100,000 for Darfur!  The winning schools were chosen not only for their fundraising success, but also for the advocacy, student leadership, creativity and community outreach they displayed in their campaigns.  Each school will get to send two students and a chaperone to the 2009 Lobby Days event in Washington, D.C.  The winning schools, in alphabetical order, are:

• The Athenian School (Danville, CA)
• Blythewood High (Blythewood, SC)
• The Galloway School (Atlanta, GA)
• Horace Mann Middle (Sheboygan, WI)
• The Pine View School (Osprey, FL)

Many, many other schools around the country did outstanding jobs, and you should all be proud of what you've accomplished.  Although the contest deadline has passed, you can still send donations to the address below until June.  You can continue making online donations to your fundraising webpage until then, too.  All donations made by June, 2009 will be put towards the Dollars for Darfur campaign.
