We need volunteers to help put up posters and flyers around the greater Portland, OR area these next two weeks! We need to let people know that Genocide Awareness Week is coming up!

If you are interested in helping that way, please email Megan at megan@cellardoordesign.com to find out how to pick up posters and flyers.

We need to get the word out about Genocide Awareness Week!

Sudan Freedom Rock and General Updates

There are lots of exciting things happening with the Sudan Walk! Please join us at the Chicago Cultural Center on Wednesday, April 4th @ 6pm for a volunteer meeting (78 E. Washington St). We will have our t-shirts available for sale at the meeting and will be discussing ways for you to get involved. On April 7th, we are having an event called SUDAN FREEDOM ROCK at Acme Art Works near Western and Milwaukee. There will be beer, bossa nova, and bling-bling raffle prizes! See our site: Link.

We urge you all to contact your representatives and ask them to support the Sudan Walk and the goals of the walk by voting for Darfur legislation.
