As students studying the affects of global genocide, we are passionate about educating and mobilizing those around us to work for measurable change in the attempt to bring an end to genocide and give relief to those affected by ethnic cleansing. After taking a course in the "History of Global Genocide," a group of students at Calvin College have decided to form a genocide advocacy group. We are currently planning to have a week long campaign promoting advocacy and relief in Darfur. If it is possible, we would appreciate the help and support of any Save Darfur chapter members in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Brochures, fliers, or other helpful information would be incredible. Please comment or respond to my email if any you think that you could offer any help.

Is this still going on

I just found out about this site and joined this group since I'm in the area. Has the weeklong campaign already happened, or is it still in the planning phases. Please let me know as I would like to give any support that I can to this cause.
